Java/Angular Architect Lisbon

We are looking for a Java/Angular Architect/ Team Leader.

As a Architect/Team Leader, you will be responsible for all team projects and initiatives. The right person for this role is enthusiastic at supervising and leading a team of customer advisors with the objective to provide an excellent service.

Applicant profile: /
  • Bachelor’s and/or Master’s degree in engineering or similar;
  • Good Knowledge in Java, Spring Boot and Angular framework;
  • Supervise, monitoring and develop a team of Customer Advisors;
  • Closely monitor the SLA’s and KPI’s of the project;
  • Guarantee the continuous monitoring and improvement of the KPI’s project by identifying performance gaps, analyzing root causes and develop strategies to improve results of the team;
  • Drive the team for the best software development practices;
  • Lead a team to success by creating an inspiring customer service environment focused on quality and achieving high-level performance;
  • Ability to work effectively in a multi-disciplined team;
  • Capacity and enthusiasm for teamwork and customer orientation;
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills;
  • An excellent knowledge of oral and written English is mandatory.
